  • The average list price has decreased from a high of $659,000 on March 28th to $586,000 currently.

  • The absorption rate (how long it would take to sell the supply of homes on the market), is above 1 month for the first time since October of 2021.

  • There are currently 371 active homes on the market in Mesa County. This is a 9% increase compared to last week

  • The average sold price YTD is $417,365 and the median sold price YTD is $379,650.

  • There have been 270 price reductions in the last 30 days.

  • There are only 39 active listings between $200,000-$300,000.

  • The average DOM for the active homes is 45.
