There are currently 371 active homes on the market in Mesa County. This is a 9% increase compared to last week
The average sold price YTD is $417,365 and the median sold price YTD is $379,650.
There have been 270 price reductions in the last 30 days.
There are only 39 active listings between $200,000-$300,000.
The average DOM for the active homes is 45.
