The spring market has historically been one of the best seasons for real estate in Mesa County and this spring is no different. Inventory is still so low that we are continuing to see large appreciation gains. We are starting to see interest rates really ramp up. A couple of my clients are even looking at the mid 5's for their rate. These interest rates have not had much of an impact on our inventory but we will continue to monitor as rates move even higher.
There are currently 219 active homes on the market in Mesa County. Up almost 5% from two weeks ago.
The average list price of those active homes is $651,652. Up almost 3% compared to two weeks ago.
Average days on market for those active listings is 58
The average sale price YTD is $408,275
