  • The average list price of those active homes is $589,000 which is a slight decrease from last week.

  • The average days on market for those listings is 45. That is a slight increase from 41 last week.

  • There have been 51 price reductions in the last 7 days.

  • There are only 35 active listings between $200,000-$300,000.

  • There are 30 active homes over $1,000,000, only 29 homes have sold YTD over 1 Million, and the average days on market for those sold homes is 160.
