CRAZY STAT ALERT! On March 1st, there were only 176 active listings. Today, there are 287. That's an almost 40% increase in inventory. In the latest Zillow market report, they noted that inventory rose substantially in March and that home values are still increasing quickly, but no longer accelerating on a monthly basis. They also noted that annual rent growth slowed for the first time in more than a year. All of these signs are pointing toward us heading back into a more stable inventory environment. In my opinion, this is great news because prices have been rising at an unstable pace.
