Today, I had an amazing closing. I had the privilege to assist Cameron and Christine in purchasing their first home. They are relocating from Denver to be closer to family. A special thanks to my past client, Tina, Cam’s mom, for the referral—it truly means a lot!
Thanks to Cam’s VA loan, they only needed $1,500 to move into this beautiful home. Cam and Christine have been together for 12 years, during which they never had a dishwasher and spent a significant amount of time in a 600-square-foot rental with their two sons, Atlas and Argo. I am incredibly fortunate to have facilitated this transaction, and I'm overjoyed for this wonderful family who truly deserves it all.

I also want to acknowledge CTR Homes, the builders of this home. Many of my clients have purchased homes constructed by the Ruckmans, and I can confidently say they are exceptional. Their inspection reports are among the cleanest I’ve ever seen. This new construction home in OM was priced at just $402,900!
