Rates moved down to 6.28% today, the lowest we’ve seen since last fall.

The weak jobs report last week sparked a rally in bonds, and that’s what pushed rates lower.

This drop is giving buyers and refinancers a little breathing room, and if we keep seeing soft jobs or inflation numbers, we could even see rates break under 6%. That would really open things up in the market.

In Mesa County

There are currently 815 active homes on the market in Mesa County. This is a 2.5% decrease compared to one week ago.

The average sold price YTD is $471,468. 

The median sold price YTD is $407,000.
