There was a 6% decrease in active inventory compared to last week, dropping from 641 active listings to 605 this week. This decline is largely due to seasonal factors, including an increase in expired listings and a combination of properties still selling while fewer homeowners are listing.

For sellers, a 6% reduction in competition is significant in today’s active and increasingly competitive market.
