Comparing 2023 to 2024, we can see that Mesa County's average sales price increased by approximately 5.5%, while the median sales price rose by 2.6%. Additionally, active listings grew by 11.9%, reflecting a more robust inventory. However, mortgage rates also climbed to 7.06%, impacting affordability for buyers.

There are currently 556 active homes on the market in Mesa County. This is an 8% decrease compared to two weeks ago.
The average sold price YTD is $453,744 and the median sold price YTD is $400,000.
