The first two months of 2022 are in the books. How do these first two months compare to last year?

  • We've sold 7% more listings

  • Total volume sold is up 24%

  • The average sale price rose 15%

  • The amount of active listings is down 20% 

There are currently 176 active residential listings in Mesa County which is down almost 8% compared to last week.  The average list price of those active homes is $624,000. 

  • Russia/Ukraine war unlikely to deflect Fed from path of interest rate rises. Link
