The first month of the year is in the books. There are currently 200 active residential listings in Mesa County. The average list price of those 200 homes is $618,0000.... CRAZY!

Make sure you take a look below at January 2021 VS January 2022. Last year in the month of January, the average list price was $336,000 compared to this January which is $411,000 (22% Increase).  

The FED announced they are planning for rate hikes to begin in March. There was speculation it would happen sooner, so the stock market rallied based off this information. Keeping the same tone as the last few weeks, there is no end in sight for the low inventory problems we are facing in Mesa County.
